Injuries! HELP!

Indeed, sometimes it just happens. I had Wayne Rooney fully fit and he got his ribs broken during the first EPL game and was out for about 5 weeks. Then I conditioned him back to full fitness and he promptly got himself injured again and was out for a month :'(

But I still suggest that you learn the use of shouts. If nothing else, it will help you conserve their fitness.
 
The amount of Injurys from training I get and heavy tackles in matches, is now a massive problem :S
 
also the little thing like the game tempo, not starting them if they are below 90% unless absolute necessary. when they get injured, take notice of what kind of injuries they are. are they strains like hamstrings etc? because thats over exertion. or are they impact injuries, because they are generally from contact, ie hard tacking from you, or from the oppostion


don't start them at under 95% unless it is vs top4 or knockout stages in the ECC
