Seems to me like the likelihood and proportion of serious injuries when you send a player on loan is greater than if they remained at your club. I am sick of seeing my young players go on loan and then getting a serious injury disrupting their development. Seems too happen way to often. Have noticed the same thing happen on 10 and 11. I was thinking it could be down to sending my players to teams with poor physios but then why are none of the teams players getting serious injuries just mine. Frustrating bug.
 
Well it might be that the players are the best in their respective teams, and as such, get played to often, leading to jadedness, which can lead to a serious injury very very easily.
 
Good point, still I dont think tiredness should make it more likely to break your leg though and it happens with players that aren't first choice at their loan club
