Wonder if anyone could possibly shed some light on why i'm getting so many god **** injuries. I'm Liverpool coming to the end of my first season with this save and the injuries ive had this season have been a nightmare. Its almost everyday i've had a injury weather its the U18'S U23'S or the senior squad. I have good staff i believe and it let my assistant manager deal with training so it shouldn't be over trained.
 
I tend to let my players have a rest day before every game. I noticed that this seemed to help with injuries
 
Specially in premier, you need 2 XIs and 3 or 4 more players to rotate a lot.

In FM its impossible for a player to do 50 games a season fully fitted (Starting the games with at least 95%).

When you try to make them play below 95%, injuries will spawn.
Also, hard tackling seems to increase injuries.
Training overload, as you said before
Overall fitness, if they are not above 90 %, injuries will appear more.
Good fitness coaches. i always have 3 (1.5 for each category) and stats at least 20.
Good physiotherapist. Max that you can hire, all with no less than 20.

With all of this, injuries can still occur, but much, much less.

Thanks for the info ill give that ago from next season only about 4 games to go this season
