After injury make the player available for reserves untill match fit and slowly bring him back to full fitness. Make sure that you have at least one good fitness coach and a couple of good phisio's so that when he is injured, he will get back quicker.
What about players that are reported by your coaches/scouts as having some level of injury proneness? Is there anything you can do?
I avoid buying players when they have that. But was wondering, say if you give them a lower work training schedule etc - if that would help them at all.
