Here's the deal... I just signed a 15 yr old regen frm braga to united... Genie scout shows his PA as 197... Wow... But his injury proneness is 19... So any way i can train him to decrease his IP??? I dont want him to be a Kaka...

Unfortunately not, first of all his Ambition, Professionalism and Determination decide if he'll reach his 197 PA. Then his Consistency and Important Matches trait will decide if he's actually of any use to you. And the Injury Proneness just tops off if he can even stay fit. Sorry for you that he'll probably end up a Kaka.
