Insane Barca Team 3rd Season (Unrealistic?)

Im playing my 3rd season with Barcelona. Im winning everything!?

I got lucky when Cristiano Ronaldo had a fight with Morinho and i stole him for around 25 mil.
Activated Agueros release clause.
Signed Chiellini for a whole lot of money.
And got Phillipe Lahm for 20 or so.
Going for fabregas right now, but he seems pretty much impossible to sign.

Im using a 4-3-3 tactic so it looks like this when its best:

Defense (left to right); Lahm, Pique, Chiellini, Alves
Midfield; Busquet, Iniesta, Mascherano
Attack; Aguero, Ronaldo, Messi

Doesnt this seem a bit unrealistic?
With fabregas it would be like, the top players of their position all!

It's not impossible, the transfer bug is helping you out.

The signings you've made are a huge factor for your success, to be honest the unrealism is down to you.

How ever good a game is; those players in one team should win everything.
If you'd like a new challenge you could get any job you like with the success you've had.

Offcourse the signings are what gives me success, i mean, is it unrealistic that i got to make those signings, is it always possible, or have i been extremely lucky?
