installation problems

Hi guys & gals,

Tried to find simillar post but no luck if there is one im sorry.
My porblem is installed fm11 via disk and it runs straight away and am able to play, yet when I close it down and then come back to loading it up I have to go into my DVD drive to do so as there is no shortcut, but when I click on my DVD drive nothing happens. Ive un-installed it and re-installed it and it just does the same thing it's really f***ing annoying any ideas.

Ok, this is because the shortcut is usually placed in the folder of your data, i would assume you are a pc user as the vast majority of people are therefore im not totally sure where this folder will be, but i would presume you will have a sports interactive or football manager folder in your program list, in there will be the game logo, copy and paste the link to put it on your desk top, or just every time you want to play click on that link

Thanks fort your help all sorted now working fine taken over barnsley in league 1 2 games played 2 wins p.s. this may sound stupid but how do you close a thread
