Installed new game - Only on Steam???

I have just installed FM2013 for the the first time.

I can only access it through steam - I cant find sports interactive folder etc on my hard drive.

What have I done? how do I change this? I want to be able to run a couple of updates etc.

You will have an SI folder in your documents, however to play the game you must access it through Steam.

What kind of updates do you want to run? If it's transfer updates, kits and logos etc this can still be done.
