Installments...?

Ok, I'm still quite new to the game and haven't grasped the whole transfer system yet (Obviously I know most of it, I'm not retarded). But basically, I'm playing as Bury, and have a transfer budget of £21,500. I'm after a player who is worth £500, 000. Can I pay in installments? If so, how do I?

May sound like a stupid question but hopefully someone can help. Cheers.

You can try but Bury might not let transfer go through

Yes you can but you would be mad to do it with a poor club like bury. Go to the transfer offer for the player and instead of entering an amount up front go to the 2nd section down and press the drop down box. Press monthly instalments and select 48 months at £500000 because that is the only way you will cope financially. Make sure you really need this player though because otherwise you will have wasted your club's full financial might for the next four years.
