Are there any players that HAVE made instant impacts for you? Whether it be Premier League or Conference, I struggle to find any...

2nd season Arsenal, bought Javi Martinez from Bayern, been playing him as a box to box.......7 goals this season but literally 4 of them were in the final minutes of games, including a 90 minute goal to draw at United and a 90 minute goal for a 1-0 win at spurs. He's not really an attacking player or the best finisher but he has been incredibly clutch, seems to just be in the right place at the most crucial moments

In my 5th season at Liverpool and felt I needed more depth at ST so I spent €17M on Carlos Fierro and he's given me a return of 15 goals in 10 games so far. The kids agility and off the ball means he runs rings around defenders!

victor Wanyama! bought him first season for Liverpool and he's had an average rating of 7.89, the guys a beast!
also stevan jovetic, got him in January and he's got 11 goals in 14 games!

Lewandowski, was struggling for goals for the first part of the season, signed him in january,32 goals in 19 apps

I brought Cesc Fabregas back to Arsenal in the 3rd season, mainly because I miss him in an Arsenal shirt and he was so cheap (£32m, but I got £16m back because of the 50% of next transfer fee clause). He was intended to just sell shirts and to be a really good rotation option with Jacky Whilshere (Had a few injury problems). He ended up forcing Wilshere partly on to the wing, and was my best player for the 6 months I played before I changed clubs! :)

I've heard Lorenzo Insigne is a great impact player, but I bought him for Sampdoria 3rd season and he just didn't cut it for me...

Tachtididis and Crisetig averaged 7.7 together when i bought them over in the same season

Examples?
With Spurs: Cavani, Eriksen, Alexis Sanchez, Kurt Zouma, Iniesta.

My biggest disappointment actually comes from Danny Welbeck (so English and from another Premier League team), who I bought for £20m and scored just a few goals here and there.

Bought Leo from rayo for 7 mill, scored 24 goals in 36 games, kept berbatov out the starting line up

Jelle Vossen from Genk bought him for £3.5m & he's just a natural born goalscorer... don't expect him to do anything else apart from put the ball in the back of the net. Scored a hat trick on his debut & can always rely on him to get a goal or 7 when I put him on the pitch.

Well after having a firesale on my Everton save I got in Kiyotake, Stracqualursi (again) and Essien on loan, them 3 players have a combined 3 goals and 4 assists between them in my first 2 games in the premier league, not too shabby but we'll need to see what happens.

Took over at Tottenham on a file and Mason Bennett was in the reverse. So I moved him into the 1st team and he was fantasic in my first full season. Bringing him off the bench to score vital goals or just make sure of wins. He just my super sub, bangs a goal in when he starts as well. Think he finished last season with 24 goals in all competition as a rotation player.

Believe it or not: Andy Carroll. I brought him back to Newcastle on my 3rd season and he scored 45 goals in 47 games (26 league goals, 2nd behind Adebayor). He took PFA player of the year award too.

Alessandro Diamanti has been a wizard for me on Man U's right wing in the 2nd season. The guys is just fantastic at placement of the ball. No doubt this is helped by his 16 dribbling 17 first touch 18 technique 15 passing along with 17 creativity and 17 flair

When i was managing spurs Cavani was available to me for 30 million, however i didn't bring him as i wanted to give Adebayor and Defoe some chances but in the first match after their horrible performances by missing so much chances i decided to buy him. Saw him scoring hatrick in first game i offered extra more 5 million to make transfer more fast as my next match was within 5 days. Scored 4 goals on his debut against Chelsea. He was so consistent that i ended up selling Defoe to West Ham and Adebayor was on loan to Q.P.R. as i had brought Adam Campbell for rotation. He ended the season by scoring 52 goals from 54 appearences.
