Hi managers,

Actually, i'm using the Tanaka style 442 with Eastbourne boro, I'm very pleased with it as i got promoted and winning most games. But, there is a thing that annoy me : Instant reply goals. I'm conceeding a lot of goals 1min after mines.

Is there somthing i can do to avoid that, do you have some advices.

If the opponent scores straight away after you do, then its either a problem with the tactic or its a man management issues, that the playes gets to realxed etc. Personally, I have not encoutered this.

When an opponent conceedes, they often either go really attacking or sit back a and try to retain possession. Could it be that your approach in unbalanced and struggles against teams using one of the mentioned approaches

Also, how many is alot? Being top of the league would in my oppinion mean that its not that common ( otherwise to many matches would have ended with a draw). Does this happen more than 10 times a season ?
