Instant Result

Has anyone ever had any success using instant result? If so, what is your general approach?

Tried it in a couple friendlies, I lost most of them.

I get the feeling it's not very effective

Won 7 leagues with Barca, 4 using Instant Result. Set it out as you would a match when watching. I play the same tactic from 0- 75 minutes. If drawing go Overload 75-90. Same as losing. Winning 1-0 then Contain 85-90.
