[FONT="]In past versions, gameplans weren't actually working, and all they did was to "freeze" your Starting XI, meaning there will be no substitutions to your lineup.

[FONT="]Unless I'm mistaken, the skin's add-on simply "copies" the FMC/FMT instructions, including the Game Plan options, but those are not part of FM proper, so they're there, but as "empty shells".
