Intense Short Term Training

My strikers have been struggling to find the net. They aren't out of form and do everything else right, they just can't find then net.

So I put them on a training schedule that included intense shooting and attacking. Will this do anything in the immediate future to help them score goals?

If their shooting is off you just need to drop them for a few games.
