Inter Takeover

I've just started a save with Inter Milan i was wondering when do they get taken over cause every time i've seen a takeover bid in action it always fails so i was wondering if anyone know when it happens and if they get a lot of money

I have seen them be taken over in one of my saves I think! Ive had around 5-6 longish saves by the way! In two of my saves, they have entered bankruptcy and ended up in Serie B

i started a save with inter a while ago and sold all the top players and sorted out the club finances and didn't even get a hint of a takeover, but recently i started a save with them and kept all their top players and got a consortium led by a tycoon who pumped 100mil into the club. seems like it only gets the takeover when they are in financial ruin.
