Internation badges problem

ok is it just me or is anyone else having this problem i put the badges in the same file area as my club badges do the usual steps yet still no badges?

am i doing somthing dramaticly wrong or is my laptop trying to give me rage?

this is might your problem... try change the extensions files without CAPS... then reload skin in game...
