International Duty Problem

Ok so I am playing as Celtic and I have signed Adryan at the beginning of the first season. I am now in February 2014 and he has been away on international duty for about 2 months now and his estimated return date is 1.1.2014. What do I do to get him back? I have also offered him a new contract twice and it has been turned down due to him not having a work permit but he has 12 U21 appearances.

In the next international friendly withdraw him from the squad is the only potential solution. You should report it to SI though.
