Hi i cant scout so how do u increas ur scout range to find players eligable for ur nation .
e.g like finding out that owen hargreves is able to play for england, make sense ?

I don't think you need to increase scout range, if you go to the player search, and filter for your nationality, it should show you *all* the players eligible for your team. You don't need scouts because they're all from your country!
