Previously I have been able to ask players from the Championship, League 1 etc to move to bigger clubs so it could boost there chance of being called up to my England squad on previous saves. But I have recently started a new save on my FM2015 as England manager but I am not able to interact with any championship or league 1 or below players why can't I do this?
