Yeah, just take over the nation at the start of the game, like you would do to club. But you would have to apply for club jobs if you want club & country.

You've obviously got look for a team in the low leagues with no manager & hope

i have now successfully aqiured a job as serbia and montenegro boss ! Can i use this to my advantage to sign players? or will it help for anything else ?

Well I think you can become some of the Serbia & Montenegros best players if you do well, so if you go to a club they will be more likely to want to play under you.

Winning things with S&M will also improve your manager reputation so that will also make more players want to play for a club you manage.
