international teams

Is there Any option to play them in demo?
Or does anyone know if the player interation and training and other options are in there?
As i find running a internationel team to be Very frustrating

1. You can be international teams on the demo but there is only a view countries playable due to the small database size.

2. Training schedules and player interaction are in the game, I'm not sure what you mean by 'other options'.
