Ip banned again? FOR NO REASON

I was IP banned last night for as far as I know of no reason, and it was removed and I log back in today and I can't get back in?

I'm connecting through a proxy again.

Can anyone tell me what this bans for?

It's your **** of a brother (PunchingTadpole?). He has created accounts as ******** and numbnutsdad or something and created many spam threads. Give him a slap, or drown him, help us all out.

Sort him out and I am sure you will be allowed on...otherwise your brother is spoiling it for you.
