Irish Update : Rep. of Ireland down to 6th tier

I have created the Irish league system down to the 6th tier as it is in r/l.

1. Irish Premier Division
2. Irish First Division
3. Newstalk A Championship (North + South)
4. Irish Senior Leagues (Leinster Senior League Prem, Munster Senior League Prem + Ulster Senior League)
5. Irish Senior Leagues 1st Divs ( Leinster Senior League 1st Div + Munster Senior League 1st Div).
6. Irish Senior Leagues 2nd Divs (Leinster Senior League 2nd Div + Munster Senior League 2nd Div)

Note : The only league that is not fully realistic is the Irish Leinster Senior League Second Division as there were no teams in it on the editor and there were only 10 teams on the editor that are in this division. However this fits nicely as there are also 10 in the Munster SL 2nd Div.

I have put in real competition names e.g EA Sports Cup, Setanta Sports Cup, FAI Cup

I have added the Leinster Senior Cup to the db .
