Playing the right footed IWB on DL position
Playing the Left footed IWB on DR position
Train them on new position and this might take time for them
IWBs will be more like deep inside forwards with this setup in the cost of some defensive duties
They will advance through mid or sides and cut inside with ball to create a chance or score
