Ah, no problem with that! I usually sign many people, mostly youngsters too! plus a few 5,6 first teamers very often.
that's what I also usually do, but this save is the most messed up I have ever had because of the training facilities... I'm playing as Glavice(A Croatian 4. division side, it's a club which 'stadium' is about a kilometer from my home, though I could play as Junak which is a Croatian 2.HNL side, it's stadium is like 100-200 m from my home), and they have 0 training facilities, or better said they had, now they're 2 training and 6 youth... and my squads average age is 22,6 years and I have like 20-25 players which are great prospects and great players... and just last season I could get newer better facilities but they won't be completed till the start of the new season... what's best is that my players have developed good , for e.g. this one:
