Is Bravery a nessescity for a target man (support)?

Hi,
Im using the Jose Conte 3-5-2 tactics (excellent btw) but im wondering about my target man regen, hes pretty much nearly perfect in every regard (hes even english) but his bravery is 3 (the low long shots im less concerned about). Does this seriously limit his usefullness and should i ditch him to find a better regen?

It is really necessary, yes... but his bravery is 19, his aggression is 3 which isn't really useful, just means you can't really use him to press up the pitch much

I had an 18 year old trained up to 17 in it... when he started at around 14.

It isn't a hard attribute to train up though especially if the player has a high determination.
