Is it bad to have players in same playing style that are in same position?

Like have both ST's as deep lying forwards, or both poachers. Or have like both CM's as ball winning midfielders, or both advanced playmakers, etc.

In any tactic, its important to have players moving between the lines so if having 2 MCs sitting back and 2 forward running forward, you will get too one dimensionall etc.
