Is it good to tutor a youngster with personality "model professional"?

There are only two reasons to tutor players:

a) Improve personality of tutee.
b) Have tutee learn ppms of tutor.

So unless you want b) then no.

no, he can learn a lot on his own.......although in future u can make him tutor ur other youngsters

Good God, no. Don't ever tutor a Model Professional. It's like the holy grail of personalities along with Model Citizen and the like.
