Hello guys.

Quick one. I always thought that it was useless to have U20 and U18 staff (mean head coach, assistant, coach and physios) but I am now having a big doubt.

Are my first team staff contributing at all to my young players training? Or shall I hire specific people for them?

Thanks.

First team coaches are just that, staff who train the first team.

In England, staff are broken into two coaching groups: Senior and youth.
The first team and U21's use the senior facilities so your first team staff train them but don't do anything for your youth teams.

U18 staff is needed to train player in the U18 squads using the youth facilities players.

Exceptions are for specialist staff: Fitness Coaches and Goalkeeping Coaches train everyone.

Oh ok! Thanks Brendn!
So, for my career in Italy (with U-20 and U-18 teams full of youth talents) it seems like I definitely need U-20 and U-18 specific coachs. Good to know!
And also good to know about the specialists.
