Is it possible to give friendlies and pre-season games to your assitant manager?

I always did this in previous FM's, but the option doesn't seem to be there in this year's FM, or am I just not seeing it? Please somebody help! Where do I find the option so the assitant manager takes control of pre-season games?

click on the bar (which is your teams name) drop down menu appears, come down to team policy and assign him to handle pre-season friendlies

Not always recommended though. I prefer to play the friendlies and see where the team may need strengthening

Dont do it.Try to see some matches espcially whole, you will understand better your team and your tactics
