Is it possible to learn a country's language while managing that country?

I am currently managing a club in Sweden and have learnt the language in no time. I've also been manager of the Croatia national team for about five years and still don't have Croatian as a language. Is this because I'm only managing that nation part time?

Notes:

• I'm playing FM15, but thought I'd post here anyway, because these small details don't tend to change from game to game, but I might be wrong.
• My nationality in the game is Welsh, so I speak Welsh and English, neither of these are similar to Croatian, so this might have an impact.

Have a look at your games, I'm sure a lot of people manage a club and country at the same time. I feel like I want to move on from Croatia, but would like to have the language in my repertoire.

yes when managing the national team you can learn it. it will take longer to learn as national team boss if you not always in the nation but you will learn it in time

I'd suggest Duolingo for that purposes.

7 years later... I still haven't learnt Croatian :'(

I wonder if you'd learn it faster if you didn't also manage a club at the same time?
