Is it possible to manage a u23 side in the olympics??

Hey guys used the search but didnt find anything answering my question. Was just wondering if it was possible to manage a u23 side in the olympics?

I know it was possible in fm2009 as i took holland to the semi final only to lose to brazil in extra time .
