Is it possible to start my game with a fantasy team in the lower leagues?

I want to create my own team to play with and would like to know if this is possible. Somebody please help.

Use the editor or FMRTE.
You can request your fantasy team to be made too.

Can you tell me how to do that? I've downloaded FMRTE and loaded my game but I can't find a way to add a team.

Add a team? Oh that's only editor can do it, I thought you wanted to change the players attributes or transfer the player you want to come in your current team.
