Is it possible to train coaches?

Hi there,
just a question -

if I find regen coach, with PA ex. 200, with high determination, motivation and discipline WITHOUT certain aspect specialization (equal in all training areas) and tell him to teach ex. attacking - will he become (after few years) expert in attacking with higher attacking training attribute?

the bigger your club the better they will develop mate, so pick him up ASAP

Whichever training you put him to (eg Attacking, Tactical) he will improve on, as that is what he is doing day in, day out. Just like if you were doing a job everyday, you'd improve over time. He might also improve other areas of his coaching, but the main improvements will be the area he is working on. This was always the case with older FM's, and presume it will still be with this one. But coaches only improve with experience, and improve better\faster when working at bigger clubs with better facilities.
