So im arsenal and i want my holding mid to play the long racking ball like Alex Song did for Van Persie against everton is there any way to set him to do that i play fellaini and his role is Dlp defensive.

Try to get him to learn the killer pass PPM? Go into his position settings and boost creativity?

Also, you could go into his position setting and set the passing to 'Direct' I'm pretty sure that would work

As mentioned above; direct passing and set through balls to often (and crosses from deep if you like, try it out) and then be sure he learns PPMs; long range passes and try killer balls whenever possible. If you like you can combine that with dictates tempo and switches the play and you'll have a great DLP. Then the rest is down to the players attributes. Fellaini ain't bad but he doesn't have the best passing, decisions and creativity combination.
