Is it rigged?

I hate saying this. But why does it seem like this game is rigged to always have certain outcomes. No matter what, EVERY time I try to 'encourage' my players, they take it as 'play a terrible game'. If The only way I can get a performance is by saying nothing, or telling them I'm disappointed at half time. Also the same players always have absolute stormers against my team, regardless of season form. Kalinic of Blackburn could have scored 2 goals all season, and they'll have been against my team and they'll both be sublime. Last minute corner kicks from the opposing team always go in.

My team also concedes a penalty every other game. My central defenders always get a score of under 6.0 every other game regardless of who i have. Why are they so prone to mistakes?

i know exactly what you mean, theres so many players that i play against that are on goal droughts its pretty much a guarantee that their goal drought will end against me they could be baron for 18hrs plus but as soon as they step onto the pitch against my team, they score.

To make the game harder, to make the player spend more time on the game? I don't know. Theres tons of things developers hide in games to make the player have a secret effect.

it could be any number of things maybe your tactic leaves your centre backs under under constant pressure. also i never use "encourage". if you know it has a bad effect, why keep using it? the game isnt rigged, you're just struggling with several different problems

2) your centrebacks are giving away penalties and are getting poor ratings, which means they are making mistakes, which comes from lots of pressure on them, which normally from a lack of defensive cover from midfield/fullbacks

3) last minutes goals are often conceded by poor concentration, ie from tired players, players with low concentration stats, nervous players, complacent players.

I know what you meen with the defenders mate lately it seems im having to drop one of mine every two games. Ending up with a 17 year old and 21 year old at times.

Yeah, I'm sick of that phrase. Is my team some sort of a charity group that lets every player to score their first ever goal for their club?

So, another instance which is totally retarded and should've never been programmed into the game. THE FAIR PLAY. It's extremely exaggerated. The ball falls to my striker off of a corner, who has a clear view of the net but he turns and punts it out because someone on the other team fell wrong when jumping for a header. I ended up drawing the game and now I'm knocked out of Champion's League.

Drives me nuts sometimes. If my league rivals draw/lose the AI will do everything in it's power to make sure I don't win. **** players scoring screamers, my 'keeper scoring an OG. oO) It makes it tense I guess, which is more fun.

It is one of everyones biggest PET hates, its just something you have to pretend doesn't happen to prevent your self throwing your laptop / CPU out the window!

I agree, my two Centreback always seem to get complacent towards the end of the match and then we end up on conceding stupid goals

Gotta love it when my MONSTER team, with amazing players, loses to a Stoke side who has lost all 14 games of the season. 'I expect you to win' clearly means 'get scored on within the first 3 minutes, NO MATTER WHAT".

Honestly, I was down 4-0 at half. Why the **** does this happen?

Another thing is-: on yer press conference if they ask u if u fear an opposing player...and u say "NO"
Guarantee they will have a stormer....say "YES" and he has a stormer Can't win..


Got to admit like...I was once playing Chelsea and drawing 1-1 with 10 mins to go..In a game I had to win...
I changed my instructions to "Shoot on Sight" and Rio Ferdinand scored a screamer from 35 yards..
If that was against me and I was managing chelsea..
I woulda been very very very mad and smashed me P.C
