Is mental stats like determination / decisions included in CA/PA?

As i tried the FM scout, the max was CA/PA is 200.. players have so many attributes with a max of 20 each... is the CA/PA only included the physical and technical attributes? or also mental stats..

or like Player A, a striker, have just a potential maximum of 5 in tackling.. no matter how i train tackling for him, its just wont reach higher than 5...is that so?

Determination doen NOT take up any " PA points".

The Tool FMScout does not know the potential of any specific stat and it is NOT set by the game either. Any player could in theory reach 20 in any given stat under the correct circumstances although its highly, highly, highly unlikely that an 20-year player with 5 in tackling would reach 20 in that number.

The ones that are rasied by experince and age, like Determination, Consistancy, the things you pick up in life not matter what you do. Naturallyk some of these can be lowered as well

Regarding the no limit of a certain stat, remember that this is just in theory, just like that an unlimited amount of monkeys over an unlimited amount of time will write the work of Shakespeare.

I have never used FMScout to look at any of the hidden stats but I just assume that it could. The best way is to make sure the players is tutored by a real pro. My best suggestiosn though is do delete the FMScout form your computor as it in the end will ruin your joy.

I only used FMScout twice, i want to see how it works and what are those hidden attributes, never saw who has the highest PA/CA, as it looked messy at first sight.. though i looked at the attributes of my best player (which is the best player), he have like 190+ PA, forgot it, but have 15+ in both consistency and important matches..

I also think FMScout will take a lot of fun from the game, as developing players and finding great or consistent players are the selling point of the game.
