Is there a list of current ability levels after the data update?

I started making a custom league for my mates to play based on squads we've drafted, before the latest update, I'm too far along to start it again as I've made ALOT of changes. It's important that the ability levels are accurate & up to date as there's alot of players who only broke through this season. So I need to know current ability scores especially, although individual attributes would be great as well. Would be really handy to have somewhere I could look while updating them as it'll take along enough as it is. If anyone knows where I can find that info, that'd be great.
