Quick question is there a "right" philosophy for teams such as pro vercelli

Probably Very Rigid/Rigid so they stick to tactical instructions. Don't want players with poor decision making and anticipation stats for example running wild.

Really there is no 'right' way to play football. But, because of the quality of players you will have, I would not use fluid/very fluid as they will need better creativity/mental attributes to decided when they need to contribute to the attack or defense. Stick to balanced or rigid IMO.

Balanced highest to go up to. My tactic could work then

Or will Balanced sap the energy from my team
