Is there a Talents Database?

Something of a replica of StuW's New Talents or the added Youth Players and Talents. Is there something like that around for FM 2012?

I'm not sure what you mean, but if you look at my update: http://www.fm-base.co.uk/forum/tran.../98795-english-summer-update-v3-released.html

The last bullet point mentions me creating youth players if I get templates for them, ie nationality, DOB, COB, some key attributes, potential, CA... I will do it.

Ah sorry I wasn't clear. I meant a db in which the young players that are in it have had their potentials boosted
