Hello gents. I am currently second season with Borussia Monchengladbach and currently playing in the Europa League Play-Offs. While waiting for the game to progress i was looking at the live scores and what i see, Zenit vs Spartak Nalchik, both beeing from Russia. I thought teams from same country are not allowed to play eachother untill, at least quarter finals? Any possible explanation for this?
