currently playing online with someone who has a centre back scoring hat tricks alot
i played him in a match and i had played 10 won 10 and he beat me 5-0 with 3 corners scored in an even match my team was harshly undone by these magic corners ?

what really gets to me the most is he only has 2 men in the box against 8 defenders but somehow this player at the neer post always gets to the ball and scores ? he has someone going short but isnt used the ball goes straight to the near post GOALLLLL everytime ?? i myself score corners but maybe 1 in 2 games and i throw everyone in the box all my tall players and my team geniounly does score loads of goals not from corners but in general .

can someone tell me if this is a cheat or what because i do not want to be playing with some cheating scumbag .

No its not a cheat, I can do this regularly too, I find them extremely difficult to defend too but I know how to do them myself too so no this is not a cheat.

i find it hard to believe that u can have 2 men forward for every corner but yet still score a hat trick almost evergame , its litterally **** poor to watch and kinda ruins the game for me whats the point in your team playing well if the guy your playing has a magic corner routine ?

i want some opinions on this if possible

his routine is pretty much liike this

1 going short
1 challenging gk
1 attack neer post the rest are back

corner deliver to the near post ^^ like seriously 2 players in the box how the **** does that work out that everytime its a goal

mark the guy at the near post out of the corner..if you see it happenin then counter it

It's called the corner exploit, or corner cheat. Certain downloaded tactics use it, or if you know what you are doing, you can set it up yourself. It's been around since roughly FM09 and varies slightly but usually involves overloading one of the posts or the goalkeeper with tall, heavy, strong players who are good at heading (usually centre backs) and aiming for them with your delivery. Other variations include a player on the edge of the area but this is rarely a centre back.

The only way to stop this is ask your friend to stop, or fight fire with fire and do it yourself.

Also, stop bumping the thread.

Can someone tell me how to score from corners if you dont mind :)
