Is This Player Real

my mate showed me a picture of his player and was calling him a regen but he is not and he tells me he doesn't have another club before he joined him , do you think he is real he is in the 3rd season but surly the player would have a generated face?

Either somebody has put him into the game, or they have edited a real player's attributes to make him this good. So no he isn't real/ he isn't as good as he is in your mates game.

He's a real player in Fulham's youth system, but he isn't half that good. His attributes were clearly edited. Here's an actual screenshot of him at the start of a new game:
