Gomes is injured and on the FMRTE it says he has damaged cruciate ligaments and is in isolation? what is "by isolation"? is it more serious than "by specialist"?

Out until December im at the begining of 2009 new game he got injured against APOEL and i think i must have clicked isolation on FMRTE :S and no i wasnt cheating i was trying to give every tam a transfer embrago like king eric's story
