Issues with facepacks

I recently downloaded face, logo and kit packs and it's all working well except the facepacks. None of the pictures are showing and I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

What facepack? I use the larger action-shots, and for them to show up I had to download a separate skin that allows for bigger pictures of faces.

It’s the DF11

Then you need to download the DF11 skin. It's basically the standard skin, just with room for bigger player images.
