Issues with Tactic Familiarity

I can't quite get my head around this, I've been playing for a season and a half, and am consistant with my tactics, but for some reason, my Formation Familiarity stays at awkward, while the rest have improved to fluid!

Is this a bug with the game?

I had the same issue after the last update. On the tactics screen I set my match preparation to Workload: Average and Additional Focus: Teamwork and it is full now.

Give that a whirl.

Thanks mate! Giving it a go now, I usually leave my match preparation to my Assistant, do you think thats where the bug lies?

I used to have that and that's what gave me the issue so i took the responsibility off of my Assistant Manager and set Teamwork = Average. Every now and again a coach moans I need a 2nd formation to prepare but i ignore him
