I am italian so I think this is a question for me |)

I think the most "ready" talent, in the game such as in the reality, is Marco Verratti.
But I think there are two talents which could be ready to spread their potential in a big team: Manolo Gabbiadini and Domenico Berardi.
In reality they are both half-bought from Juventus so maybe next year we will see them playing some important match.
