Italy's Non-EU Rule

Does anyone mind explaining to me a little bit about how the Non-EU rule in Italy works? I want to start a career with Lazio, but they have 5 or 6 non EU players. Does this rule mean that I will only be able to register 2 of these players?

No it doesn't mean that. What it generally means is that every season you re only allowed to buy two non-eu players from clubs outside Italy.

Start with Lazio. Great squad big stadium. If you sell and buy wisely you can challenge Juve from the 1st season.
