Yeah but I meant that he may aswell forget about ever being a part of Barca now, he hasn't even been to good at Fiorentina has he? Or at Benfica I remember reading somewhere :S
 
Great signing, he'd look good in a Barcelona shirt aswell :)

Wonder if David Silva will come to the Prem now that the good players are leaving Valencia.

See, that midfield three is something that interests me. If they sign Fabregas and try to play him with Xavi and Iniesta, you end up with no defensive midfielder in the Yaya or Busquets mould. That's potentially a problem. Scarily, Fabregas would probably end up on the bench.
 
They could also drop Pedro, put Iniesta out on the wing and put in that holding midfielder that you were talking about..
But I just don't see Pedro being dropped after scoring 20+ goals in his debut season of first team football.
 
Tbf, I think that a player of Xavi's quality could play a defensive role as well ;)
 
To be honest I disagree with those who say Zlatan has failed at Barca. 21 goals and 10 assists. Lots of people say he can't score in the Champions League. But I remember a certain Cristiano Ronaldo netting his first Champions League goals in the 7-1 win vs Roma. However I think this signals the end of Zlatan at Barca-I heard he might join Man City

Indeed...thats why i think fabregas is crazy to go to barca...he's not needed...I don't think any of them three can be a holding, defensive midfielder, and barcas backline need such a player infront of them...also, I think 3 incredibily creative and talented midfielders in the same team wouldn't realy work, as they'd all be trying killer passes all the time, nothing else would get done...its like have ronaldo and messi in the same team - it wouldn't work
As with Villa going to barca, he's going to do great there, but I feel sorry for valencia - i would love to see them do well in the CL, but i'm not sure how well they'll do without him...and I feel sorry for Ibra of course...
 
I just hope that the 'fabregas deal' doesnt drag untill the worls cup, and i think he is going to be at the strting eleven, iniesta is still out i guess, although he's a very skilfull player .. its going to be hard for pepe, to decide :S

Add Evra and Vidic instead of Puyol and Maxwell and you've got the best team in the world.

What's awesome about that starting XI you have is that Valdes, Puyol, Pique, Xavi, Iniesta, Fabregas, Messi and Pedro all came through their youth ranks

That is Amazing, almost a starting XI with former youth players :O
 
It's amazing how they manage to nurture all these incredible prospects. Then they've got others on the bench, like Bojan and Jeffren who will be world beaters when they are older sitting on their bench, both capable of changing a game. Not to forget the the ones that have left like Gio Dos Santos..
 
Good! Now all the rumours of him off to England will end, and paves the way for Henry to go to MLS, and makes Valencia A LOT *******
 
They have signed Fabregas now aswell

even with villa i would still rather play them then a jose mourinho side.
