This is the best tactic I have made in FM 15!
At the beginning
Make sure your players know the tactic so put the training workload on very high and put it in also in slots 2 and 3 so they will learn it faster.
My experience
This tactic has been in the making for some time and I have tested it with 3 teams. Liverpool,Everton and Nottingham Forrest. With this tactic you will score tons of goals but you might in some games concede some. But still offense is the best defence.It is a possession based football, similar to Liverpool last season. I have always scored more then 100 goals in the league.
With this tactic I one the league and Champions league with Liverpool.
I won the Championship league with Nottingham forrest and got into semi final in LC.
I Won the league with Everton and I also won the Champions league in season 2.
I can guarantee you beautiful football!
I made two versions of the tactic one of them with two MC and the other one with one MC and one DMC.
About the tactic
In my tactic I let the wingers swap position and if I have a winger that is not comfortable playing the other wing I train him in that position. You don't have to use the "swap wide players" but I feel it creates more goals. Because the AML and AMR will score and create a lot of goals for you in this tactic.
Match Preparation
I usually have the main focus on match training. But when the players know the tactic 100% you can change it to defending pos. But I usually just have it on match training.
Team Talk
If I am not playing to well and the score is maybe 0-0 or 1-0 for my team against a weak team. I always say (calm) I am disappointed. It really gets the players going. And if I am losing doesn't matter who I am playing I always say (aggresive) show me something else in the second half.
Oppositions instructions
For Oppositions instructions I usually just use the "apply advice" from the assistant manager. But I usually show most of the attackers in the other team on the weaker foot, and use tackle hard. If there is a creative player in the other team like Philippe Coutinho I close him down and tight mark. Because I want him to have the ball as little as possible.
Sending off
If one of you players gets sent off take the striker off the pitch do not change the setting from control that will mess up everything!
Useful players
cheap players that fit perfectly to this tactic: Dorin Rotariu, Lucas Romero, Gil Romero, odegaard, Balanta, pione sisto and many more. they are maybe not very cheap but you should be able to buy these players from 1,5m-7m
Midfield
You can change the midfield role form roaming playmaker to box to box or ball winning midfielder in version A just select what suits the player.
In version B you can also change the DMC to Anchor man, and the MC role works as well with advanced playmaker, roaming or box to box
NOTE: I do not recommend using Version A unless you are a big team with other wise I would use version B

With Nottingham Forrest and Liverpool I used version A because I had pretty good team.
With Everton I used Version B Because I had not good enough squad to play with two MC.
So If you have A good squad you should be able to use version A, but If it is a team like Everton or southampton I would rather use Version B
